BORED

So I got an appointment for Friday to go get my lab work done, so hopefully that goes well.
Christmas pictures was a mess, Zack was not very cooperative at all and only wanted to take pictures and not be in them. Matt becomes uncooperative when Zack does so I was dealing with 2 two year olds on the Saturday after thanksgiving at the Mall of America... wonderful.
I also couldnt remember how many Christmas cards I needed so I bought the 48 versus the 72 well turns out I needed 60 so instead of having 12 tooo many I have 12 less than I need. Who doesnt want one? Just kidding I don't know if I will order more from them or make more at Target or what.. we will see.
So apparently the people who developed the land our house is situated on didn't pay the people who did the work, so they are trying to put a lien on all the properties in the development. He wants his 23755.91 which I can understand, but you ain't getting it from us we already paid our 50,000 for our lot and I know the developers have received 350,000 from lots that have sold so... get it from them. I called some people and since we have title and lender insurance apparently it will protect us so we don't have to pay anything more which is nice. Well which is right since we already paid in full for our lot...
Another wonderful bit of news our proposed property taxes came back for next year and it will be great only a 2050% increase from this year... no no not a typo our mortgage is about to increase 180 dollars a month to about 1575... those taxes are more than my mom pays in coon rapids, more than we paid in spring lake park all on around the same size lots and we live in the frickin boonies!
So since all of these crappy things are happening I think it is about time for something good to happen to us.
Side note of all of my families to NOT have Christmas due to drama I find it a little Ironic my mom's dysfunctional family is the only one that might have Christmas this year.....
my step-moms family is in the midst of a cheating wife sister battle
my dads family can not agree on a date due to people not want to spend time ON Christmas day even though we have forever and every other family changed their party days to accommodate that.
P.S. for our anniversary and also my early xmas gift Matt finally got me those diamond studs I wanted to replace the tiny ones I have been wearing for the last three years. .88 tcw!!!
